CIMA FLP Is Back!
After a short suspension of sales of CIMA's Finance Leadership Programme in South Africa, FLP can now be purchased from any QCTO-registered tuition provider.
For about 6 weeks, we all held our breath while SAQA (the regulatory body for education and training in South Africa) investigated the FLP route.
The results are finally out!?We have just been informed that FLP sales can resume in South Africa.
FLP is CIMA's new subscription model that does away with the traditional nine Objective Tests, meaning that students only need to complete the 3 Case Study Exams. FLP can be purchased from any registered tuition provider in South Africa. Our FLP packages come with additional local support to ensure that you are ready to pass first time.?

A word from IBTC CEO, Nikki Maritz;
"This is good news for everyone. Although some students' studies were disrupted during the SAQA investigation, we see it as a short-term loss for a long-term gain. There is an expression that goes?'You don't want to get to the top of the ladder to find out it was against the wrong building.'?What does this mean? When we embark on our studies, we pick a qualification we feel is a good investment of our time and money. After many months or years of studies and exams, you don't want to find out your qualification isn't as valuable as you thought it would be. SAQA has reviewed the FLP programme and has given the go-ahead for the continued sales of FLP in South Africa. That's your regulator working for you, and giving you peace of mind.
IBTC believes in CIMA. It is a unique global qualification that brings together business and finance. When offered in partnership with a local tuition provider like IBTC, South Africans can become globally qualified, while accessing local support.?
We remain firm in our commitment to enabling students to study CIMA, pass first time, and qualify faster."
