CIIsc develops a new concept levelling machine for sanitaryware 4.0

CIIsc ( www.ciisc.it ) , Italian Company producing equipments for high level quality sanitary ware production, has recently developed a new concept levelling machine for sanitary ware.

The machine RWL1800-2 is a 2 orthogonal heads, levelling machine.

This machine is ok for WC, wash basin and all other product that must be simply flat or orthogonally flat

The dimension of products to be worked with is 1800 mm

The machine uses brushless motors for the movements and uses 2 high flexible speed motors that can be set up according the working tool material (diamond, silica carbide) and diameter, and also according the kind of surface to be finished.

This solution, increases also productivity, making the not working movements done very fast.

1 person can manage 2 machines

Is possible to evaluate if and how to refurbish old similar machines with this new technology

According to this is possible to avoid during the working use of critical speed, making the finished surface perfect

The machine is very low noise (72-75 dBA) complying with safety rules

The machine can be connected to bas code system Tracksan (www.tracksan.com) in order to check and store into central data system all production parameters, complying with program Industry 4.0
