CIBSE VIC YEN | Collins Square Tower 5 Site Tour
Tower 5 is the 5th tower in the Collins Square precinct, located at 727 Collins St, Melbourne. The commercial towers are connected by communal lower ground floor facilities; including significant food and beverage, car parking and end of trip facilities.
The 28 storey tower is currently under construction, providing an opportunity to visit a live site. The development is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Design and As-Built Office V3 rating, as well as a 5 Star NABERS Energy Rating for the base building and has been designed to meet PCA Grade A.
Features include a tri-generation system and low temperature VAV throughout.
CIBSE Victoria's Young Engineers Network (YEN) have arranged a site tour, led by the lead mechanical engineer from AECOM and Multiplex’s site manager.
