Policy?
King Charles III outlined the new Government of the United Kingdom’s legislative agenda on 17 July 2024. Ciarb was encouraged to see the reintroduction of the Arbitration Bill as a priority.?
Following the UK's general election in July, Ciarb outlined seven recommendations for the new Government to consider.??
