"Ciarán Duffy" The Story so far.

Ciarán has been very busy the past few years and anything he does he loves so it's not really hard work. As long as he has a ball at his feet he is happy. Ciarán always likes to have a ball at his feet and close by. Since he could crawl, he would shuffle around the floor with his ball at his feet and as soon as he started walking that was it. He played street football from a young age and still has not stopped doing that though finding it hard to get opponents which is down to a lot of kids not coming out because of online gaming and social media.

At around age 7 or 8, Ciarán became very popular on YouTube from his football videos.

Ciarán started performing his skills, pannas on older Teenagers and Adults in Grafton Street and helped raise money for sick kids while doing so. 

Ciarán always loved going into Town to perform with the Pro Street Players too. Performing his skills and football challenges to large Crowds was great for his own confidence building and it was a place were he would learn from mistakes which made his performances a lot better.

As a Parent, I never played football... and have literally two left feet ??  I think kids should love what they do to become great at it. It should not be a Parent enforcing their dreams on a child to play or participate in a hobby the Child does not want to be in. I have seen that a lot the past few years.

Ciarán is a very good technical player, he has unusually fast feet which is mostly noticed by a lot of Coaches, Scouts and Opposition. For a small kid, he is tough and strong from the extra training he puts in, he will not hide away from challenging anyone. He loves dribbling forward and beating Players. He has a top class first touch.

Ciarán is hard working when not football training, he is training at home. Since age 6 he has been working his Core really well and has incredible strength and balance.

He is well ahead of any competition in his age for Strength and Conditioning work and it shows in group sessions. Ciarán trains in a Pro Boxing Club too and is highly admired there for his hard work and probably the Plank record holder too!

Ciarán completed Brazilian Soccer Schools at a young age. Ciarán trained played and took part in Dublin futsal sessions and national tournaments. Ciarán trained individually and in group sessions with Neale Fenn, ex Spurs first team Player for many years. Street Soccer Ireland love Ciarán and involve him in tournaments and sessions from time to time.

While its a Irish thing about size in football, Ciarán does not see this as a problem and it shows it is not a problem on the Pitch either or when out at development Squads when he is drilling their Players. He loves beating Players of any size particularly in front of the Coaches who only pick big less technical Players. Ciarán is confident and wont let People bring him down. He knows he is better than the biggest Players that get chosen for so called elite Sqauds and always looks forward to keep improving himself. On his Current Team, he plays a year out of age at U15 Premier in Dublin instead of U14, his Coach is superb and is always complementing Ciarán and advising him. He starts Ciarán every game..

To date Ciarán has been in McDonald's World Cup Commercial Rio, Ukick Commercial London, Elverys Intersport Commercial Dublin, Superkids biggest TV Talent Show in the World filmed and produced in Germany.
