  • Override, a?virtual chronic pain solution, announces seed funding of $3.5M. The startup was founded by former US Secretary of Veterans Affairs, David Shulkin MD, and his daughter, Jennie Shulkin JD. Their team includes a pain physician, a physical therapist, a psychologist and a coach, and act as a virtual, one-stop-shop for chronic pain patients without prescribing opioids.
  • Mews, a leader in?hospitality technology, raised a $185M Series C. Over 3,000 properties in 70 countries run on their SaaS hotel management platform. Earlier this year?they became the solution with the first native integration between a property management system and the Salesforce CRM.
  • Oxyle, a?wastewater treatment technology?startup, raised $2.8M.?Their wastewater treatment utilizes proprietary nanoporous catalysts to remove micropollutants, including PFAS, pharmaceuticals, hormones, and pesticides. They?also offer an analytics platform for real-time monitoring of micropollutants connected through its reactors.
  • Poppi, a?prebiotic soda startup, raised a $25M Series B.?The company’s drinks combine real fruit and apple cider vinegar and have less than five grams of sugar and 20 calories. The ingredients target digestion aid, immunity and glowing skin.?
  • Bollywood star Deepika Padukone’s?skincare startup?82°E, has raised $7.5M in seed funding.?The tech-savvy star is among the highest paid actresses in India. All products are formulated in-house by R&D experts and feature “time-tested Indian ingredients.”
