Just a brief newsletter this week to wish all of you super subscribers a very Merry Christmas and to thank you for your support, feedback and comments. This means the world to me so thank you all.

It is an emotive time of year for reflection, feeling the loss of loved ones, missing people from your life and looking back on past times – other Christmasses and bygone days.

My simple request is throughout this time to give yourself the gift of love. Be kind to you, your body and your thoughts and set your sights on what can be in the year to come.
