Christmas Magic

Christmas Magic

"A day or two before Christmas I sat alone by the fire one evening, gazing at the tree with its twinkling lights in front of the picture window. Outside, the mellow glow of our yard light allowed me to see that a gentle snow had begun falling. I thought about how much I loved my family, how grateful I was for everything we had, and how beautiful the world was this time of year. Maybe Santa wasn’t real, I decided, but Christmas was still magic."
