A Christmas Gift of Love

In this season of joy, my heart overflows, With love so abundant, as bright as it glows. A daughter, a husband, three sons, and a babe, The most precious gifts, together we're made.

On this day of my birth, a gift I received, A family so perfect, in whom I believe. With laughter and warmth, the house fills with cheer, A Christmas together, year after year.

Your smiles are the light that brighten my way, In your love, I find peace every day. A daughter now a mother, so full of grace, With her husband beside her, love’s sweet embrace.

And my sons, strong and kind, my heart’s delight, With your love and your laughter, you fill up the night. My youngest daughter, so full of light, Your joy and your spirit make everything bright.

In the new life of my grandchild, the future begins, A baby whose laughter will echo within. A new generation, so full of delight, As we gather together this Christmas night.

I’m blessed, oh so blessed, with family so true, With hearts that are kind, and spirits anew. On this birthday of mine, I see love’s glow, In the faces I cherish, in hearts that I know.
