Christmas Eve Party and Optimization

I was going to organize a Christmas Eve party with a group of friends.

For this reason I had to make sure a set of activities to be finished before Christmas Eve.

By looking at the list of the tasks, I realised that each task should go through 4 stages (purchase, preparation, executation, documentation) in sequential orders.

I asked some friends to help me in organizing the event.

Here are the tasks and the amount of time (days) each required to be properly execulated.

Now I asked my friends (Anna, Max, Anastasia and Alex) to take care of each stage, individually.

Here is the result the way they planned the activities.

As you can see they finished the tasks one day after the Christmas day ! (They should have started much earlier to finish them all on time but they did not have any holidays left on their calendar for November).

They also tried different other ways but did not work! as you can see here

So Let's try to find a better way to schedule them in a more efficient way and be prepared before/on the Christmas Eve.
