Christmas Is Coming...

If you are a business owner and the fact that christmas is coming is a little bit scary we need to talk! Less than 10 weeks till the 'silly season' - but let's not be silly with our businesses.

For young children this is the time for joy, a time for celebration, and whilst it's a time for festivities and reflection for a lot of business owners it is also a time where grey hairs and hair pulling are the norm too, as you start to think about how your business will survive with all of your staff away, you are not making sales and you cant exactly call people on Christmas day to try and get a sale.

Do any of these worries or concerns ring a bell?

- Are you worried about leads and sales over the christmas period?

- Nervous about paying salaries while all your staff are having that time off and there is no income coming in?

- December is traditionally a slow month for your business

To many people are happy to stick to the 'normal' way of doing business and don't understand that in the 21st century there are ways to alleviate these worries and concerns.

- You had more than enough leads and sales in December to be in a positive cash flow position

- You knew that you had the structure and systems to make 2016 your biggest year yet

- You could RELAX now on Christmas day, and all the days in between

Doesn't this sound more like the type of business owner you should be?

Why aren't all business owners like this? There is ONE simple reason. They don't want to be. 

They are happy hanging on to their excuses, I don't have the time, I don't have the money, I don't have the skills to make this happen... Sound familiar? 

Well guess what? If you argue for your limitations you get to keep them.
