A Christmas carol with a taste of innovation

The CEO was the sole manager of a large company and was known for his bullying and arrogance. He did not listen, and everyone had to obey him, or else they would be left out. Those around him had to say "Yes, sir, you are right," and there was virtually no room for criticism or suggestions. His company was fully focused on day-to-day operations, and there was no news of any innovations.?

The day before Christmas, Bob, the only member of the shattered R&D team who still had a love of innovation in his heart, came to the CEO's office. He invited him to a Christmas Eve party. In doing so, he also hoped to lay the foundations for innovative governance within the organization. The CEO, devoid of any innovative thoughts or emotions, declined his invitation, calling it "nonsense" and "ridiculous." At the end of their visit, he urged Bob to come to the office on Christmas Day and report on the progress of some silly projects done by the local government.

When the CEO came to his house after dark, he felt like someone was there. It was an old friend's ghost, the founder of the company, who came to him, carrying a message. His message was that three souls would come to visit him tonight, and each had a message for him. Then, the spirit of the founder disappeared.

The CEO, shocked and anxious, refused to believe him. But when the great city clock sounded, the first ghost came, asking to go with him. The ghost took the CEO to the past. He looked back on his childhood, adolescence, and youth, when he was creative and always welcomed ideas from everywhere. He decorated the Christmas tree so creatively and beautifully that he left everyone waiting for Christmas in amazement. Then, when they returned to the room, the ghost had disappeared. The CEO waited in fear and anxiety for the other ghosts.

After the city clock rang, another ghost appeared and urged the CEO to accompany him. They approached partner companies, contractors, and even competitors, and in the end, employees happily explained their ideas about the company's Christmas party to their managers. Then, they went to Bob's house, where a glorious party was held. The old R&D partners came together and still came up with brilliant ideas to improve the company and its customers. Although no one could feel the presence of the CEO, he was with the people inside the house at their party, and for a moment, he wished he was present at the party, and even saw that the people there remembered him.

Bob had delivered many products for the company but was now excited to explain the results of the new AI algorithm he had implemented on his laptop to his friends. His new product seemed to warm the party up with a heart full of hope. The CEO noted that the employees' families had not forgotten him after dinner and were praying for his health. He was very upset. The ghost told him it was time to leave and took him back to his room. The CEO had now learned his lesson and did not want to meet the third spirit because he knew it was the ghost of the future. But with the sound of the clock, the third ghost appeared without a word, signaling to the CEO to go with him. They went to a house in a poor part of the city.

Several people were sitting there talking about items stolen from the home of a recently deceased man who was the CEO of a large company. Panic gripped him. The ghost took the CEO to the city's affluent neighborhoods, where he met with businessmen whom he had respected. But he was surprised to see that they were completely indifferent to the news of the death of one of their most famous CEOs. They were discussing how to oust this company now that the bullying CEO is dead.

The ghost took the CEO to his house, where he found a person lying on a bed with a sheet on it. It motioned for him to remove the sheets, but the CEO refused in horror. The ghost took him to Bob's house, where he realized that his new product had failed due to a lack of financial support and that his family was deeply disappointed. But Bob had good news for his family. The CEO of a rival company, who had only seen him once at a conference, offered him a good position, and now his new product could enter the market with the help of the supportive company. This news made the family delighted.

The ghost took the CEO to his house and asked him, again and again, to remove the sheet from the corpse and see its face. But whatever the CEO resisted, he could not dissuade the soul. Finally, he had to remove the sheets. He felt the awakening as he pulled back away from the sheets, in fear.

He found himself in bed. He went to the window and looked at the clock. It was late at night. He was very happy to know that he had dreamt everything. He saw a boy on the street and asked him for money to buy a turkey and send it to Bob's house. He then went to his house and attended his employees' Christmas Eve party.?

The next morning, Bob, despite being late for a party the night before, went to work early in the morning but was surprised to see that the CEO was waiting for him in the office. The CEO raised his salary and wished him a Merry Christmas. From that point on, the CEO was like another father to Bob's new product, and with his help, he made the product a commercial success and became the company's unicorn product.

That dream changed the CEO's life. From that day on, no one considered him a bully, arrogant, or idea-killer, and everyone remembered his name well for years.
