Christian Female Coaches: How to Get Your Next 500 Email Subscribers Parts 1 & 2

As a Business Strategist for Established Christian Female Coaches who want to ACCELERATE their INCOME & IMPACT without compromising their Christian Values, we ensure that they have an email list filled with their NEXT LEVEL Ideal Clients.

Your email list is a great tool to use to communicate with your ideal clients. Too often when I talk to my clients, their list:

  • Is smaller than what they would like
  • Doesn't have their Ideal Clients on it
  • Isn't engaged (people are not opening their emails, clicking on the links, and/or responding to the call to action, buying from them, etc.)

This leads them to end up neglecting their list (i.e. not emailing them consistently or only emailing when they are trying to sell something).

They end up feeling like they are not being a good steward over what GOD has given them.

So, to help my clients become better stewards, I decided to do this multi-part series about email lists.

Last year I got really serious about mine, and the results have been MIND-BLOWING. I now have a 45%-80% open rate and BEST of all, they are responding to my calls to action. I have been able to fill programs by sending emails to my list vs. posting on social media.

So, in the 1st 2 parts of this series, let's explore:

  1. The type of Freebie to offer your NEXT LEVEL Ideal Clients
  2. Where to promote your Freebie

When it comes to the type of freebie to create, I encourage my clients to keep the following factors in mind. You want it to be:

  • Relevant
  • Easily Consumable
  • Action-Driven

So that your NEXT LEVEL Ideal Clients receive a quick win. This could be a:

  • PDQ
  • Quiz
  • Masterclass
  • Summit
  • Webinar
  • Checklist

The list is endless. To know which one to choose, you have to know your ideal client. I also tell my clients that most of their NEXT LEVEL Ideal Clients don't want traditional Newsletters or chapters from their book (unless those 3 factors are present). Most people are not looking for more information. Instead, they are looking for actions they can take to solve their problem.

Once you decide on the type of Freebie your NEXT LEVEL Ideal Client will consume, the next thing you want to do is consistently promote it.

This can be done via your:

  1. Social Media
  2. Blog
  3. Current Email List if you have a new Freebie

You can even promote it when you do:

  1. Speaking Engagements
  2. Podcast, TV, or Radio Interviews
  3. Summits
  4. Content in other People's FB Groups (if they allow for promo)

One thing that I remind my clients is that they don't want to just drop a link to their freebie (remember, you want your NEXT LEVEL Ideals Clients on your list). Instead, I provide them when a strategy that enables them to get sign-ups every time they use it.
