Choosing the right distributed I/O system
It’s vital to ensure a centralized system for measuring and controlling all aspects of the plant. In order to optimize your operation, your distributed I/O system needs to be as individual as your requirements.
The best way to find ideal I/O components is to evaluate the system requirements for each application. There’s a lot to consider, including location, available space, and whether it will be inside or outside the control cabinet. Then there’s system flexibility, necessary process peripherals, and integrated features like safety, measurements, diagnostics and more.
Modular I/O systems like Siemens SIMATIC ET 200 are flexible and easily scalable and expandable and offer a wide range of integrated functions and features that enable simple solutions even with cutting edge complex machine and system concepts.

3 年Hi, Raj Rajendra. Thanks for the article, but could you please explain one question according to the video, ET200SP HA - with vertical installation options. I did not understand ES200SP (without HA) - do not support vertical installation options? I remember the old generation ET200S could be vertical installed.
