While choosing plant-based meat, please be cautious about :
1)Artificial ingredients, fillers, or additives
2)Added sugar (fructose, maltose, glucose)
3)Higher calories, if you may want to lose weight
4)Sodium content
Some things to look at while buying plant-based meat are :
1)A nutrient-dense ingredient like beans, legumes, gluten grain, nuts and seeds.
2)Saturated fat containing less than 10%of total calories.
3)Added vitamins and minerals like vitamin B12.
4)Protein rich ingredient like pea protein which will take care of daily protein intake
