In Choosing A Career
We always suggest candidates to stay in a company for at least 2-3 years to fully master work responsibility, polish professional skills and have a profound understanding about internal operation system.
To make sure the stability, we have to be cautious with choosing career from the very beginning.
We admit the well-known Public MNC Group’s halo is rather dazzling and appealing and they seem to be on the top of our list all the time considering their operation history (even centuries), dominant position, industrial influence, fully functional operational system, premium business resources, etc.numberless advantages. Even working with them seems like an effective way to prove ourselves to others.
However, there’s also a trend that over 60% candidates with 10+ years’ experience prefer to join a middle/small sized Boutique WOFE considering it’s the fastest way to make use of their experience (resources/network) and also for this can offer them faster career promotion, wider authority, flexibility, efficient response, attractive incentive system,etc.
Career development is dynamic and there’s hardly one perfect company can match our growth during different periods and when this happens even the once advantages will turn into the facts for stagnation.
After working 2-3 years for one company, we need to review our growth, achievement and have a clear plan for next step, perhaps we can get some ideas through

For some people, it’s not easy to leave a familiar environment/grate boss and devote to an unknown new world but we must have the determination otherwise we will be left behind by time.
For some people, it’s a relief to end something that they lost passion long ago but whatever you experienced please leave gracefully, possibly nobody will notice this but we can only live our lives once.
Great by Choice. We will grow faster only if the direction is right, otherwise we will be only farther from our pursuit.
