Thoughtful Thought

“When you falter, it is not your fault. It is just your default: the default pattern.” – Dr Mehernosh J Randeria

NLP Quote Corner

“It's not about knowing what to do; it's doing what you know.” - Tony Robbins

Reframing in NLP helps you view challenges from a new perspective, turning obstacles into opportunities.

When you encounter a difficult situation, it’s easy to focus on the negatives. Reframing involves changing the context or meaning of a situation to see it in a more positive light. For example, instead of seeing a failure as a setback, you can reframe it as a learning experience that brings you closer to success.

This shift in perspective can significantly impact your emotional response and decision-making process. By reframing challenges, you train your mind to look for solutions and growth opportunities rather than getting stuck in negativity.

Next time you face a difficult situation, try asking yourself: "What’s the silver lining here?" or "How can this experience help me grow?" By doing so, you can turn challenges into stepping stones toward your goals.

Meta Magic - Choose Your Vitamin A

Ronald was an average student in academics, but when it came to composing music, he was anything but ordinary. As a child, he created symphonies for fun, playing with melodies like a natural. However, like many childhood passions, his gift for music was dismissed by his parents, buried under the weight of more conventional expectations. This stifled his confidence in pursuing music again.

Yet, there's a curious thing about callings — they persist, returning to you like a traveler who repeatedly finds his way back to your door. At 21, Ronald heard a composition by Mozart, and his heart rekindled with hope. He sought out Mozart and asked, “Sir, how can I compose brilliant music like you?”

“Ah, composing isn't your forte, my young lad,” Mozart responded with a smirk.

“Why not? Why can't I create at 21, when you started at 10?” Ronald's heart ached at the sting of Mozart’s words.

“Yes, I began at 10. But I didn’t go around asking how to do it,” Mozart replied, smiling.

Life presents us with two essential Vitamin A's: Advice and Action. Advice sharpens our vision, but it is Action that brings our desires to life.?

My question to you is: Which of these two Vitamin A's will you choose today?

“Sometimes the truth is a secret you're keeping from yourself because living a lie is easier.” ― Adam Silvera, They Both Die at the End

Movie Motivation
