Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. Be happy for this moment. This moment is your life. We're born alone, we live alone, and we die alone. Only through our love and friendship can we create the illusion for the moment that we're not alone. We may not know what each day has in store for us. We could be gone tomorrow. Any minute could truly be our goodbye. But we do have this moment. This time. Today. Right now. It takes way more effort to shell out hate then it does to allow love to flow freely in our lives. When was the last time you spent a quiet moment just doing nothing - just sitting and looking at the sea, or watching the wind blowing the tree limbs, or waves rippling on a pond, a flickering candle or children playing in the park?

We forget that life consists of small everyday experiences and it is what the happiness is made of. A walk in the park, a smile of your baby, a beautiful sunrise and unexpected compliment from a stranger. Those are the moments that count most. Love is worth so much more than money. There are so many people who are filthy rich, but have nobody to genuinely love them. Unconditional love is priceless. If you have someone who really loves you for your heart, without any conditions, then you are truly one of the wealthiest people in the world. Everyone is broken some are just better glued than others. See beyond what you see! To be truly free you have to forget what people say or think of you and love everything from your heart. Life is a beautiful collage of priceless moments and memories, which when pieced all together create a unique treasured masterpiece. Be willing to branch out into the unknown.

Great things happen when you get up, dust yourself off and go after life with determination and courage. What hurts you today will make you strong tomorrow. You can either run from it or learn from it. You cannot build a long term future on short term thinking. Everyone is star and deserves the right to twinkle. When you cannot control what is happening challenge yourself to control the way you response to what is happening that is where your power is.
