I learned a lesson from my dear friend Ugo during a shopping trip for my new outfit. She told me this story about the significance of surrounding yourself with friends on the same frequency as yours. Surprisingly, I recovered faster and performed better than I expected. Here's what stood out for me from this experience, I never went back to lifting less or doing my sets slowly ever.
