Choose the sandpit you WANT to play in…

This is NOT really about sandpits/sandboxes

It's about YOUR dreams, desires, aspirations AND the pain and challenges in your life.

Right now, there's a very good chance your'e playing in the traditional sandpit (most people think this is the only sandpit that exists). There's nothing inherently wrong with this sandpit, in fact it's perfect for some people - it's exactly what they want.

But it does have some limitations (that are getting worse as time passes):

• There’s rules (lots of them)
• A pecking order
• Local bullies (who spend their time throwing sand in your eyes)
• And a lack of room.

Not to mention it’s crowded, busy, the sand is old (and smelly) and everyone in it is VERY protective of what they’re doing and their space. Because there’s only so much of it to go around.?It’s a real fight to grab it AND hold one to it. And there's not much sharing or helping going on. It's often every person for themselves.

There’s an overriding sense of scarcity and FEAR.

Interestingly, this results in most people making the same sandcastle - living the same life. Following the rules, playing it safe, being careful not to stand out.

Recently, a new sandpit has emerged.?And’s it’s different.?VERY different.?Not at all like the other one.

This new one is HUGE.?You can't see the edges of it. And the sand is amazing. You can mould it into ANY shape and it’s plentiful, there's always more of it It's LIMITLESS. here’s more than enough for everyone.

Oh yeah, and it feels like GOLD in your hands. Small granules of gold. It feels valuable, important and like you could do anything with it - create whatever you WANT.

But that's not all. There’s no rules in this sandpit. No limits and no-one telling you what to do OR how to do it.

You’re free to do what you want, when you want, where you want, how you want and with whom you want. It really is the Utopia of sandpits. So it's not surprising to hear that everyone in this sandpit is happy, excited, energised yet calm.?

Sure, not all of of the sandcastles work. Sometimes, despite the best of intentions, they're epic failures. BUT that's okay. There’s no judgement, no ridicule, no "I told you so". Only support, help and guidance. And the opportunity to try again. To learn from the failure and build something even BETTER.

And here is the best thing...

YOU get to choose which sandpit you play in. ?It's entirely up to you.

You can keep playing in the old one, fighting for scarce resources, playing by the rules, copying whatever everyone else is doing, knowing that whatever you build can, and probably will be, destroyed by the bullies who use your hard work to benefit themselves.

OR

You can come to the new sandpit, where there’s an abundance of space, sand, fun, collaboration and freedom.?Where you can be you and build whatever you want, your way.

The choice is YOURS…
