Choose Life, Choose A Career, Choose Hospitality: An ode to the Industry we love ????

This week's newsletter is a bit of fun, I watched the classic film Trainspotting this week and couldn't help myself but put pen to paper.

So here it is, an ode to hospitality life.

Choose a career in the restaurant industry.?

Choose the kitchen,?

Choose to be a bartender, a barista or a porter?

Choose the path that's not for the faint of heart but for the passionate and dedicated.?

Choose the one that demands your commitment, but rewards you with endless opportunities.

Why settle for mundane, when you can have a career that's full of excitement and challenges??

Why waste your talent and creativity when you can use them to make people happy and connected??

Choose the kitchen, and choose to work in a place where the pressure is high but the camaraderie is even higher.?

Choose to be part of a team that's united,?

United in its mission to deliver the best dining experience possible.?

Choose to work in front of house where your skills and knowledge are respected and celebrated.?

Where your creativity and passion are not just acknowledged but encouraged.?

A place where the possibilities for growth and advancement are endless.?

Where you can become a master of your craft and a leader in your field.

Choose a place that puts well-being first and doesn't discriminate because of race, gender, mental health or beliefs.?

Choose a place where opinions are expected, and respected.?

Choose a place where your dreams can become a reality.?

Choose to unleash your potential.?

To push yourself to the limits, and to make a mark on the hospitality world.?

Don't settle for the ordinary,?

Choose to be extraordinary,?

Choose to be in hospitality.?
