My worst fear is not to finish anything I start, no matter the uncertainties and challenges seen at first glance. I never say die except it is foolhardy.
It is just like life, to me it is always a race! At the tot of a gun, the race starts and only those that get to the finish line are counted. There is a benefit for those that cross the line as the final result normally says 1st, 2nd, 3rd...….8th..last. then anyone who for any reason that didn't get to the finish line gets a DNF! meaning "Did not Finish"!
There will always be the first and the last. what you do after that determines your future.
The truth is that the last man who manages to cross the finish line still gets a time of finish which he can work to beat next time. If you don't finish? ......hmmmm it may be seen that you were not in the race at all. That's why some injured, hurting, burnt out athletes still walk and jog in pain to the finish line just to be counted.
So lets never give up and get to the finish line no matter what. Ignore what the other athlete is doing. Only look back when you cross the finish line. The end still justifies the means and another opportunity to thrive. Choose to finish well this year.
