Choose to Challenge

International Women's Day is a day dedicated to celebrating the achievements of women and raising awareness of gender equality. Women are still underrepresented in many leadership positions and are paid less than men for doing the same work. Women also face discrimination based on their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and other factors.

This theme, "Choose to Challenge," is a call to action for individuals to take action to promote gender equality. We can all do our part to challenge gender bias and inequality in our daily lives. Here are some actions that we can take to promote gender equality:

On International Women's Day, let us all choose to challenge gender bias and inequality and create a more inclusive world for all.
