There have been a number of people that have come and went in my life and others that are still with me who have never made the decision on who they want to BE.
BE is a really powerful two letter word - maybe the most meaningful.
BE is who is with you when you are all alone.
BE is who guides you when you take your first step each day.
BE is who shows up when critical decisions must be made.
BE is who consoles you when life gets dark.
BE is your driving force and the catalyst for what you desire.
BE is your North Star as it directs you on your path.
And BE can also be your worst nightmare if it goes undefined.
BE torments people who are unaware of its existence.
BE paralyzes your progress if gone unknown…
BE holds you back if you don’t declare its identity.
Just so you know...
This is NOT an abstract article.
This is NOT an elusive concept.
This is NOT a thinking exercise.
This is 100% DOING!
This is 100% EXECUTION!
This is 100% MOMENTUM CREATING!
BE is something you MUST define.
BE is part of the CODE that drives your life because if you don’t know who you are meant to BE then it’s challenging to program your CODE.

I don’t care who I am sitting across from, sitting next to, negotiating with, debating, etc.
My BE is unwavering and it’s WHO I AM in every dynamic of my life.
And guess what…
I am NO DIFFERENT than YOU!
I was not born with the ability to define my BE in permanent marker on my soul.
I made the choice to STEP into IT and make it my NORM!
When I showed up on the baseball field in high school, I showed up with my BE…

4 - Do this daily until they BEcome...YOUR BE!
This is not hokey pokey, what you think about you attract, or an abstract experience…
This is what I did for years and it’s the reason why I OWN every meeting, every table, every negotiation, everything I do…
