Success isn’t a race, but a game of endurance and sustainability

The key in learning how to be successful isn’t focusing on what isn’t working, but by focusing on what is working.
Which may require taking some different steps. You see, if you’re not happy with the results you’re getting it's likely because you’re taking the same steps that you’re used to. Therefore, you’re getting the same results.
I want to remind you about patience.
Whether we’re admiring someone else’s success or our own, it’s easy to focus on the end result and not so much on the effort and time it took to reach success.
Believing that overnight success can happen with careful planning and execution, can lead to unrealistic expectations.
In reality, success happens through a series of little events.
“It is better to take many small steps in the right direction than to make a great leap forward only to stumble backward.” — Proverb
Even if these events occur slower than you would like, it is still progress.
The small wins that you gather along the way, count those as success. Focusing on those small but immediate successes can be exactly what you need to keep going.
Prepare yourself for the inevitability that it’s going to be hard.
Take a tree for example. You plant it, give it water, sunlight, and nutrients. A week later, the tree looks the same as when you first planted it. Be patient.
Success isn’t a race, but a game of endurance and sustainability.
Eventually, over the course of time, that tree grows and blossoms.
Don’t be discouraged by the amount of time it takes to achieve your goals; looks can be deceiving.
Achieve your goals by consistently chipping away at them.
When the time is right, you’ll reach success, and oh how sweet that will feel!
