• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical field such as mechanical, electrical, welding, metallurgy.
• Over 8 years of experience in the inspection industry, understanding relevant technical aspects of offshore drilling platforms and land drilling rigs.
• Proficient in English & Mandarin listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of seamless communication with foreign individuals.
