MESSIKA: Launching WeChat e-commerce with Fabernovel

Messika Maison collaborated with Fabernovel to build the Messika WeChat Boutique Mini Program. It provides the customers with a smooth and engaging shopping experience with exclusive offers, such as event reservations, customized greeting cards, wallpapers and more.

The mini program allows Messika Maison to better understand the consumer journey through data analytics, and thereby to provide customers with more personalized services and targeted product recommendations.

2023 GVCC: Building success for multinational companies in China
