September 3, 2015 marked the day China commemorates 70-year Anniversary of WW2 Victory. If you watched the China parade of their soldiers, you will be amazed with their orderliness and how well synchronised they are. Take a look at the photos below:
Do you know how they can be so organized? What about their marching pace of 120 steps in 1 minute?
What We Can Learn From The China Parade?
I have encountered a lot of individuals or organisations looking to improve their performance but they want a "quick" and less or no-effort solution, so now you know why "get-rich-quick" scheme is very popular. A lot of us have only observed success stories of many successful people or organization, but we do not know that behind the scene of their success, there are a lot of sweat and blood just like the 10,000-Hour Rule written by Malcolm Gladwell in his book "Outliers".
In order to be successful, we have to focus on how to build a discipline of creating good habits or routine actions that will continuously improve our performance or our organizations' performance.
Synerflex Consulting has helped many organisations to build a "habitual" processes so that they can be a high performance organisations. If you are interested to learn about how you or your organization would like to develop this discipline into your people, please private message me.

抄别人的构想,只能让你成为【跟随者】,而不是【领导者】。即使独创而失败,那所学习到的,比抄别人的还珍贵得多!
