China major ports（ Shenzhen）

1. Shekou Port

Shekou port can berth 100000 tonnage and above ships at the same time, with the largest berthing 100000 tonnage bulk cargo ships and 125000 tonnage bulk cargo ships reliably at the anchorage. It is an important grain and building materials distribution center and domestic trade container transfer port in South China, and has the largest passenger terminal in Shenzhen.

2. Chiwan Port

Chiwan Port, surrounded by mountains on three sides, is a "U" shaped harbor, close to the deep-water channel and complete multimodal transport. It is a good estuarine port where inland ships and ocean deep-water ships can berth.

3. Mawan port

There are 11 wharf berths, including 6 deep-water berths above 10000 tons, with a maximum berthing capacity of 50000 tons, a comprehensive cargo handling capacity of 11.49 million tons and a wharf coastline of 2543 meters. Berth No. 1 in Mawan port area of Shenzhen Port successfully passed the acceptance in February 2000. The berth has a construction scale of 35000 tons and a high pile beam slab structure. The wharf coastline is 174m long and the front cushion cap is 18.9m wide.

4. Yantian Port

Since opening port, container throughput of Yantian Port has been growing continuously, and has developed into the largest single container port in China. It is also the single container terminal with the highest density in Chinese mainland ocean container liner.

5. Dachanwan Port

Dachanwan is located in Bao'an District in the west of Shenzhen. The waterway is 20 nautical miles from Hong Kong in the South and 40 nautical miles from Guangzhou in the north; The land route is 10km away from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport in the north. The land transportation network extending in all directions around the wharf connects Dongguan, Huizhou, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and other eastern cities in the Pearl River Delta. The waterway can also travel unimpeded to and from the western regions of the Pearl River Delta such as Foshan, Shunde and Zhongshan.
