China Guest Lectures 6 & 7

Friday I had the honor to give a guest lecture at Neusoft University in Dalian, China on Contemporary Issues Facing HR in America. The students and faculty had many questions about HR practices and comparisons with how things are done in China. Had a great conversation with several faculty members about Developing Teaching Skills and how to help pathway students from the classroom to careers.
Founded in 2001, the School of Information and Business Management has 7 undergraduate majors including HR Management. Neusoft University is unique in that it has a unique school-enterprise relationship with several of the world's top 500 companies and large state-owned enterprises. Which includes companies like Accenture, SAP, HP, IBM, and Neusoft, to name a few.
Following my lecture at Neusoft University it was back to Dalian University of Technology where I was once again working with my MBA students. Here the lecture focused on over coming team dysfunction. I had some fun getting them out of their seats to work on a team building activity.
