China extends AD duties on carbon steel fasteners from EU & UK for 5 years
China's Ministry of Commerce announced on June 28 that it has decided to maintain the anti-dumping (AD) duties on carbon steel fasteners originating in the EU and the UK, for another period of five years, saying that the revocation of the existing AD measure would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping to the Chinese carbon steel fastener industry.
The current AD duty rate ranges from 6.1% to 26.0%, which was originally started to levy on June 28, 2010.
