China BWMS maker's scrubbers delivered to Cosco's OOCL boxship

Recently, known for as a BWMS maker, Headway Technology Group (Qingdao) successfully delivered two sets of scrubbers to the Hong Kong OOCL large container ship as planned. COSCO SHIPPING Group had bought OOCL in 2018.
