What an experience! As this summer comes to close and I look back on the time I was given to spend with Children's Hunger Fund and my team at UT Dallas, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity we had to serve the LORD, and the community. For those who do not know, CHF is a nonprofit that delivers both physical food and the hope-giving message of the gospel to those in need, through the local church. While many nonprofits these days often get a bad wrap for their financial stewardship, CHF demonstrates a rare combination of wisdom, integrity, and transparence in their dealings, with roughly 96% of donations going directly into operations and only around 4% going towards admin costs.
