Truly Extra Virgin Olive oil makes everything better, including your cocktails. At the closining reception for the SUDOLIVA and Consulate General of Peru in San Francisco Conference, the Sudoliva's founder, Gianfranco Vargas Flores, introduced a cocktail he created in the Club Union from Tacna.

The refreshing snap of extra virgin olive oil and pisco with the fizz of ginger ale is what makes the ChilcanOil delicious.

Ingredients in the ChilcanOil cocktail

  • 2 oz Pisco Italia from Tacna's region
  • 1?2 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • Ginger ale
  • 2 drops Extra Virgin Olive Oil? (preferably robust)
  • Glass: Highball





Instructions: how to make the ChilcanOil cocktail

Add the pisco and lemon juice to a highball glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale and finish with a drizzle of EVOO.
