This recognition marks a significant milestone in my Scouting journey, which began in 2002 in Romania and continued in the UK from 2014. Over the past decades, I have had the privilege of witnessing the growth and development of many generations of explorers, each formed under the great values of Scouting.

I take immense pride in my role in shaping young minds, instilling in them the principles that guide our mission and values.
