Neureka?’s mission is to end Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP) by 2030, using AI-powered wearables and data-driven sleep monitoring, from the comfort of home.
The Position

Every leader, including the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), is expected to embody this principle, placing the needs of the team and the broader organization at the forefront of every decision. Reporting to the Founder, the CRO will not just be in a position of authority, but more importantly, in a position of service. As a key member of the Neureka? Leadership Team, the CRO's role goes beyond driving sales, business development, and overall revenue growth. It's about listening intently, empathizing with team members, fostering community, and committing to the growth and well-being of every individual within the organization.
?The CRO will be instrumental in crafting processes related to sales, sales operations, business development, and account management. Collaborating closely with the executive team, the CRO will bring to life our corporate strategic plan, with a keen focus on revenue targets, customer expansion, fortifying business operations, managing sales channels, and pinpointing market opportunities. All these efforts aim to propel Neureka?'s revenue growth and financial triumph. Additionally, the CRO will partner with the Founder, and potentially others, to ensure the successful procurement of Series A funding, always guided by our overarching ethos of servant leadership.
Responsibilities
● Create and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy focused on expanding market presence, foster key partnerships—some of which are already developing with the pharmaceutical industry and the US Dept of VA—and cultivate new ones.
● Establish a sales-centric organization, motivating the team to articulate and deliver on customer value, thereby boosting revenue.
● Refine go-to-market strategy to enhance revenue growth, customer expansion, and retention.
● Assemble and lead a sales team to meet revenue objectives.
● Champion sales strategies that foster long-term customer and business value.
