Position Summary: The CFO oversees all fiscal operations, risk management, and financial strategy development for the organization. This pivotal role requires comprehensive expertise in financial management, including accounting, investments, and banking. Leading multiple departments, the CFO ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, safeguarding company revenues and fostering sustainable growth.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly leads accounting, finance, HR, and legal departments.

This is a full-time onsite position in a professional office setting in Louisville, KY.

Duties and Responsibilities: The CFO plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates fiscal functions, analyzing liabilities and investments for effective risk management. Collaborating as a strategic partner, they enhance organizational policies and procedures, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness. The CFO provides critical financial analysis, advises senior executives, and supports decision-making processes. They optimize cash flow, manage financial relationships, and oversee departmental structure and team development, prioritizing professional growth opportunities. Compliance with legal obligations, HR functions, and managing corporate policies and mergers are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications: Education and Experience:

  • Proven experience as CFO or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field; MBA/MSc preferred
  • 10-15 years in financial management or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of IT and staffing industry
