-salary range is 5K TND to 6K TND net + company car + fuel?
-needs to be FLUENT in English and with industrial sector experience (ideally within a multinational).

Our client is part of a leading European industrial multinational group.
The Chief Financial Officer will lead the finance function of the ?Group of Companies. He / She will work in close collaboration with the CEO ?and with the Group Chief Financial Officer at HQ tо meet Group and local finance and business requirements.
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
? Lead and own the day-to-day finance function ?through supervision of the 3 main finance teams – Controlling, Accounting & Reporting and Treasury
? Present business performance, operating results and KPIs to BoD members, analyze and explain variances to business plan and deep dive on major deviations.
? Prepare and update annual business plan together with the Group finance team.
? Ensure full compliance with statutory reporting requirements for Group entities and preparation of consolidated financial statement under IFRS for Group reporting purposes.

? Oversee the cost controlling & cost allocation process on a monthly basis to establish cost and profit per unit manufactured and support the business in taking commercial decisions.
? Supervise the operational treasury function to maintain group cash-flow management procedures such as weekly, monthly and yearly cash-flow planning as well as monitor, control and improve the cash conversion cycle.?
? Liaise with finance providers in order to negotiate finance terms on existing and prospective finance arrangements.
? Supervise year-end statutory and Group external audit processes.
? Continuously work on finance process improvements and automation of existing processes as well as developing the local finance team
? Ensure timeliness of reporting to all stakeholders – BoD members, local and Group management, statutory institutions
Reporting Line
? Direct reporting to General Manager in Tunisia ?and dotted / functional reporting to Group CFO in Europe.
? Advanced knowledge and management experience across several financial functions such as Controlling & Cost Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Cash Flow, Risk and Tax Management
? Excellent understanding of IFRS, Tunisian tax ?legislation
Experience and qualifications :
? Bachelor / Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
? Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
? Experience in Big 4 and / or manufacturing companies will be considered as a strong advantage.
