Chicken Milanese
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
200 g breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
1 tbsp flour
1 vegetable bouillon
400ml milk
4 tbsp grated Parmesan
4 potatoes
Sunflower oil
Preparation:
Beat eggs in a large bowl and dip the chicken breasts. Then in another bowl place the breadcrumbs in its entirety and proceeds to spend very carefully the cutlets until completely impregnate and bread are well covered.
Put abundant oil in a pan carried medium. Once hot, place the chicken and let it cook for about eight minutes, turning half-time.
When removed tápalas place them on absorbent and heat to keep the paper.
In another pan, melt butter and add flour, always mixing well to avoid sticking or clumping. Then incorporates the hot milk slowly and vegetable bouillon cube previously disintegrated with your fingers.
