Chicken Man - India QSR Seeks Investors for a Limited Equity Offer

Chicken Man Restaurants Pvt. Ltd, our Indian QSR/Fast Food venture, now requires a limited amount of interim financing from outside investors. CM is at an inflection point: we opened two outlets in Goa, and are now poised to embark on the Mumbai expansion (looking to launch 6+ outlets) as the first stage of a nationwide plan to open 50 outlets. We require an immediate infusion of working capital to shore up Goa operations and pay down vendor and statutory liabilities. We would like to raise these funds (limited to INR 20 lakhs = US$30k) from a new equity partner. Valuation will be favorable since the need is immediate (though not large).
