Chicken Fry Recipe

Take chicken pieces. Add turmeric powder. Lemon juice proportionate to taste.. Now mix evenly. Keep it for 30 minutes. Add oil in frying pan. Add curry leaves, green chillies and stir fry it for some time. Add Ginger garlic paste and stir again in the heated oil. Add the marinated chicken into it now. Cook for 10 minutes in low flame. Stir fry it for some time. Add onions mix and fry. Cook for 8 minutes in low flame. Add Red chilli powder ,salt, and stir well to mix evenly. Add pepper powder, coriander powder ,cumin powder and mix well again and cover with lid. Cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Now take off the lid stir it again for sometime. Add garam masala powder and mix. Add coriander leaves and mix evenly again. Switch off the flame. Now put it into a plate and serve with onions lime chilli and sauce.
