Lynda has served as Chairman of the Board of Wet Seal, Inc. and as a board member and head of the Audit Committee for ICTS International NV. Lynda earned a B.S. from the University of Virginia, a Masters in Architecture from the University of Michigan and a MBA from the Harvard Business School. She holds Series 24, 27, 79 and 63 FINRA licenses and is recognized as a Governance Fellow by the NACD.
