Chiaki's BRS Story

“One thing that makes BRS unique is it’s supportive corporate culture. Although the jump from being a candidate coordinator at my previous company to being a 360° recruiter at BRS has been quite an adjustment, my manager has been a great mentor through it all. He not only listens and provides spot on advice, but also treats all members fairly and with respect.

My peers have been extremely accessible as well. 360°consulting can be a tough job, but I really enjoy being able to provide my services to both clients and candidates. I used to work the roles I now introduce to candidates, so my understanding of both corporate initiatives as well as candidate needs are really helping me jump-start this new career.
