Chelsea Embankment flat agreed and sold during Covid-19 lockdown

I am beyond thrilled to announce Flat 3 & 4, 7 Chelsea Embankment, SW3, has today exchanged and completed.

This sale has been an ordeal…. we’ve had it under offer since October 2018 to very cautious buyers that proceeded to crawl through various building regs and listed building breaches and when these were all sorted and we were finally ready to exchange contracts the lockdown happened and they pulled out!

With the help of a video tour, we were able to find another buyer who agreed terms in April during the Covid-19 lockdown and has today completed the transaction.

This was a big team effort, with many meetings with our clients, buyers, local council, English heritage, Feng shui experts and builders to name just a few.

A big thank you to Charles Olver, has recently been promoted to the office head of the Knight Frank Chelsea office, and originally won the mandate for the Sloane Avenue office and was the driving force behind sorting many of these issues and keeping our clients calm and loyal.

This is one of my favorite Chelsea apartments with amazing views of the river so I am sad to see it go but delighted for our lovely clients.
