After 33 years travelling the globe in some of the best hotels in the world, this critically acclaimed award winning Chef Ian Sherlock has packed it all in, he’s on a journey, out to explore back to where it all began….. Cooking with fire.

On this journey he is accompanied by Balinese Master Chef Nyoman Wijana, together they set out on a fun journey along the way riding an old cranky late sixties Vespa motorbike and side car.
