To all the people who order food online please consider the following points:
1) Hospitality Industry is bleeding bcoz of the pandemic and only source of revenue today is online ordering or food pick up.
2) We all are running our kitchens with bare minimum staffing to make ends meet.
3) We are not super humans and need time to prepare your food.
4) We can't make everything in this world in just "30 mins." always.
5) We have enough challenges today to operate in this "new normal".
6) Before you cancel your order think about the losses we suffer as just bcoz you were inconsiderate to understand that every food is not Fast Food.
7) Delivery Personnel risk their life in traffic, bad roads, heavy rains, extreme heat just to fulfill your never ending demands. They are humans too.
8) Not a single hospitality business today is making profits. We are only operating bcoz we can retain as much staff as possible. Also our staff is not being paid full. They need your support and not your arrogance today.
9) I wish cooking food was as easy as ordering on a app.
10) Please note Hospitality Industry can't survive if it's patrons can't empathize today with them.
11) Also if someone still feels that my this post is nonsense and you have all the rights to cancel your order without understanding things in detail and result in losses for the business owner and also online aggregator then guys count your blessings as you will for sure one day face your Karma.
