Alliance Abroad is inviting experienced and talented Chef de Parties based in Dubai to attend our next recruitment fair at the International Center for Culinary Arts (ICCA), Dubai.

You will have the opportunity to be sponsored by Swillhouse at one of their Sydney venues including Restaurant Hubert, Le Foote or

Caterpillar Club - this new venue, will be a one-of-a-kind immersive experience, dedicated to providing world class food, beverage, and live entertainment. Located in the heart of Sydney (Martin Place), the venue will be open seven nights and four lunches per week.

VISA AND PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to apply, you must meet the following criteria:

?At least CDP level

?A minimum of 2 years’ experience

?Diploma or degree in Culinary or Hospitality

?English capacity - achieve IELTS 5

?Police Checks

?Provide Employment Verification letters

Preference will be given to chefs who have completed their Skills Assessment (if applicable).
