Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Chef de Cuisine to oversee this gorgeous Atlanta property!
Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this 42-story tower has over 127 rooms (plus residences), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes the 3-meal restaurant, bar, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will support the Executive Chef in overseeing the culinary operation managing a team of 15 across the 3 outlets, banquets, and the team member cafeteria. You will play a key role in the renovation and re-concepting of our restaurant projected to open January 2022.
The ideal candidate will be a team player and energetic leader who thrives in a high-volume environment with a talent for developing others and passion for creating unique dining experiences. At least 3-5 years of culinary management experience and a background in fine dining is required. Prior luxury hotel and chef de cuisine experience are a plus.
