Waldorf Astoria?is looking for a?Chef de Cuisine?to join the team at our stunning?Beverly Hills?hotel! Amazing opportunity to work under French Master Chef, Steve Benjamin and join?one of the world's largest hospitality companies?as well as?one of the most diverse and renowned restaurant groups in the world!

This luxurious, Forbes 5-Star property has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets.?This includes Jean-Georges Restaurant, The Rooftop by JG, Lobby Lounge, and In-Room Dining - this is Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's first restaurant on the west coast bringing a French-American cuisine prepared with organic and locally sourced ingredients.

In this role, you will?oversee the main kitchen to include banquets, in-room dining and the team member cafeteria managing a team of 20+ culinarians. You will work in partnership with the Pastry Team and report directly to the Executive Chef.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent culinarian and leader with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, a talent for training and developing others, and the ability to drive innovation. This individual must have exceptional organization and communication skills with a proven track record of well-executed events. At least 3-5 years of culinary management experience with a background in banquets and fine dining is required.
