The new restaurant is located in a small town in Abruzzo (the exact location will be make public soon). Dug in the rock of the Majella mountain with different size rooms, the location is been dug in 1870 for keep warm the animal.
Will be Only 34-36 seats available and located in different size room cave.
The food style will be base only on the regional Abruzzo food with modern note twist, without change the authenticity of the original ingredients. Average check starting from 60 EURO.
The opening date is planned by MAY 2020.
Any producer of Abruzzo regional products, from food to wine to artisan hand made is welcome to contact us for further cooperation.
